The goal of the Wesleyan Volunteers is to help provide the best possible quality of life for the residents who live and receive care on our campuses. Volunteers work closely with staff and Directors of Activities both in group and individual settings. Volunteers are used in worship, exercise, games, recreation, parties, outings, programs and scheduled activities. We strive to closely tie a volunteer’s personal interests with those activities that benefit the residents. Volunteers are given the training they need to safely and enjoyably work with the residents. Often the volunteers’ biggest impact is the gift of individual attention and listening. Wesleyan Volunteers make a difference one person at a time.
