The Wesleyan enjoys an excellent reputation for quality care and it is due in part to the dedication, spirit and loyalty of our employees. Many of our staff don’t see their job as “just a job” but as a ministry to our residents and their families. We are proud to claim that almost half of our staff has worked for the Wesleyan for more than 3 years. As we continue to grow with the development of our Estrella property, the opportunities for staff also grow.
